  • We recommend using a track-able shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

8. UK & EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is delivered within the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

You must notify us within the 14-day period to exercise this right.
